About the Company:

Management Systems Inc. (MSI) is a software development company located in Miami Florida.

Position Description:

Systems Support & Customer Service Representatives provide enterprise-level technical assistance for our main office. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware problems and help our customers install proprietary software, and liaise with internal teams (developers, engineers, senior management) to resolve system issues and perform quality assurance tests.

Position Duties:

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers with an emphasis on security
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the phone, or through remote access)
• Setting up accounts for new users (Active Directory experience desirable)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, engineers, senior management) to resolve system issues and perform quality assurance tests
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to operate under pressure and multi-task, must demonstrate strong bias for action, follow-through, and be able to work independently when necessary

Qualifications:

Requirements:
• High School graduate/GED
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Additional Technical Skills/Experienced Desired:
• Experience in troubleshooting technical problems involving software and workstation/server hardware
• Experience in effective communication and collaborating in a high performance team environment
• Experience providing technical support in a customer service role
• Experience writing technical documentation for a technical audience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory concepts and Windows Server environments
• Technical certifications are a plus (A+, Security+, CCNA)
