Imagina US has been established as a pioneer production company in the US Hispanic TV industry and as a key partner for the successful development and distribution of any audiovisual content. Imagina US portfolio of services includes: content production, post-production, management and TV rights acquisition, distribution, broadcast of TV channels and play-outs, among others.
Responsible for ensuring that the networking systems run efficiently and without interruption. Design, configure, deploy and monitor all networking infrastructure.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Network of the company. Including: around 50+ Cisco Access, distribution & core class switches (VSS, 65XX, 45XX, 35XX, 29XX…), Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco WLAN controller.
Familiarity with industry standards RADIUS, LACP, 802.1X, STP, HSRP, VRRP, STORM CONTROL, AAA, DHCP, ARP, SPAN, RSPAN, STACKWISE, 802.1Q
Management of the WAN, LAN, VPN and Firewall infrastructure and escalation with various carriers and vendors.
Work in parallel with our networking HQ team across the world.
Manage working relationships with other business units and maintain effective cross-departmental communications and teamwork.
Control internal and external escalations in outage situations. Insure proper notification is sent in a timely manner.
Supervise network power downs, disaster recovery testing, changes and upgrades.
Responsible of maintaining and improving our alarm monitoring system and implementing corrective measures.
Review network trouble tickets daily and serve as a level 2 escalation point for our Service Desk, providing feedback and assistance and correction when required.
May be required to work overtime as needed and be available for emergency or scheduled on-call.
Maintain a customer service oriented environment focused on problem detection and resolution
