CRM Development Project Manager

Incubator stage looking for a long term development relationship.
$40-$55 per hour based on experience and deliverables benchmarks
Performance-based warrant with a vested interest of .417% per month after 2 years (10%)
Remote contractor for a CRM Development Project Manager responsible for all technical aspects of a lean programming launch, iterations, and maintenance.
Qualifications:2 or more years programming languages and software development
2 plus years working with government contracts and technical restrictions
2 or more years leading and mentoring a technical team
Documented expertise coding CRM and/or civic engagement platforms
Documented expertise managing cloud databases, MDR, and security frameworks
Succinct communication and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Must have and maintain office and qualification to work in the United States
Contractor will be responsible for leading the technical development team, overseeing the design and implementation of software solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, coding and testing applications, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Must take initiative and conduct business with good stewardship of resources and attention to detail.
